		<description>I&#039;m at chapter 2. I&#039;m enjoying it, but it&#039;s unbelievably American. I don&#039;t live in a land where there are megachurches. Nobody I know has ever used the word &quot;missional&quot; or &quot;attractional&quot; or associated voting Republican (or Democrat) with going to church. I&#039;ve heard a few people utter the word &quot;emergent&quot; but it&#039;s clear that they didn&#039;t really mean the same thing by it that Kevin does.  Hmmm.  </description>
